On booking a session, you will be sent a registration form, and we recommend you fill this out with as much detail as possible. Rest assured that any information you share will be kept private and secure.

    Sometimes we get so caught up in our routines and daily tasks that we forget to stop and take a breath. This session has been designed for you to pause, breathe and appreciate the beauty of life and experience a fresh level of connection with yourself and the world. It will encourage you to become more self-aware and present in your everyday life.

    This one-on-one Focus session will be created exclusively for you. This is a specific and targeted session based on the goals and needs identified in your registration form.

    Do you often face the same obstacles, be it a persistent mood, state of mind, or feeling you can't shake off? If you're struggling with a specific issue holding you back, a Reflection session might be just what you need. Work with Toni to identify and focus on the message or need associated with this obstacle or stuckness.

    The Horse Wisdom Program is a comprehensive social-emotional learning program that can be customised to meet the unique needs of individuals, groups, and specialists. It has been designed to help clients improve their skills in stress management, emotional regulation, empathy, social skills, boundary setting, and more. The program is structured to provide a supportive and nurturing environment that facilitates skill-building and personal growth.
